Most of the time people don’t ask themselves few questions like. How much do I train this week? How many calories and nutrition should I take? Though we decided to do all these but follow none of them. Most importantly, we don’t even admit these facts.

Most of us love to build body. We do the hard training in the gym and get rid of all bad habits. The most important thing we forget is an intake of nutrition and protein source food. Without proper food, we will not build muscles or have a fit body.
