Obsession Of Cleanliness
People who have OCD are scared of infection, contamination or illness. They have this habit of washing their hand frequently which makes their skin raw. They feel the compulsion to wash their hand frequently.
Checking Things Constantly
One of the habits that include in the compulsive list is checking things constantly. They check the same thing again and again. The constantly check those things which may cause harm or danger. They check things like the lights are turned off, electronics unplugged, doors are locked or not etc.
Obsession With Order
This is something beyond keeping the room tidy and clean. People suffering from OCD are obsessed with order. They also have superstitions with certain numbers, arrangement, and colors. They align everything in the pantry to face the same way.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder indicates a bad mental health as it gives an uncontrollable thought. Though diagnosis is not very easy, it is best to consult a doctor when you see such symptoms.
