So, skipping breakfast won’t be a big deal. You know why? Because then you will b able to enjoy a little midnight snack. Doesn’t that sound amazing? Of course, it does. Plus, guess what? Your metabolic rate stays the same.

You have surely heard that skipping breakfast is unhealthy? Well, you have definitely heard it wrong. The misconception of weight gain due to skipping breakfast is just a false one. Do you think that not having breakfast in your morning routine will make you gain weight?

Well, I call it fake news. Relax people; you won’t get fat if you do not eat your breakfast. This is just some misconception that the illiterate gym trainers and nutritionists spread. And that too, for no good reason.

If you believe their words that skipping breakfast slows don’t the metabolic rate, then you are in for a surprise.

Here Is Why Skipping Breakfast Is Normal

  1. Because You Stay Awake At Night

Well, we certainly eat a lot of healthy food during the day. That is exactly what our gym trainers tell us to do, right? But when evening comes, everything goes haywire. Suddenly you are eating tonnes of calories. Doing that will make your fats go crazy, people. Your calorie intake may even go up to 500. So, skipping breakfast won’t be a big deal. You know why? Because then you will b able to enjoy a little midnight snack. Doesn’t that sound amazing? Of course, it does. Plus guess what? Your metabolic rate stays the same.

  1. You are Super Busy To Cook In The Morning

Most of us don’t have the time to follow our daily morning routine. We are so busy with our job that making breakfast doesn’t even count sometimes. Well, no need to stress it out when you can just skip it, right? You can eventually have the meal in the later noon. Skipping breakfast won’t give your fats a boost people. If you keep your calorie intake intact for a day, then there will be no weight gain. So you can just chill out and skip your breakfast.

  1. Low-Calorie Intake

If you want a single digit percentage of body fat, then life’s gonna be a struggle. Sure the nutritionists tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But that is surely not true. Especially when you have an intake of low-calories. Heavy breakfast might actually get you fatter in this case. So it is better to caution, right?

Maintaining proper weight is not a difficult task if you eat properly. However, if you are in the mood for skipping breakfast sometimes, go for it. Trust me, it won’t do any harm. I am certainly no health expert, but breakfast is certainly not the most important meal of the day.  I hope that I have this myth busted successfully.
