Roti-Vegetable Stir Fry
Take the leftover rotis and cut them into small squares. Next, take some butter in a pan and fry it till it becomes crispy and set aside. Heat some oil in a pan and then add some chopped onion and saute it gently. Next add some ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and pav bhaji masala. You can also mix some chopped vegetable according to your choice. Cook the mixture lightly and stir it at a regular interval. Add the fried rotis and some crushed paneer. Your roti vegetable stir fry is ready to serve.
Rotis Cooked In A Garlic-Tomato Gravy
This is one of the best chapatti dishes. Take a saucepan and add some vegetable oil few cloves of chopped garlic. Keep on stirring the mixture till it changes color and some mustard seeds and curry leaves. Now add some tomatoes, green chilies, coriander powder and a little bit of turmeric powder in it. Now cook the tomatoes thoroughly until they get soft. Add some water to the pan and tear the leftover rotis to throw in. Cook until the water is dried fully.
Masala Roti And Yogurt Gravy
Take some tablespoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan and add some mustard and cumin seed after it is hot. Add a little bit of asafoetida, ginger garlic paste and a pinch of turmeric. Now sauté the mixture for around a minute or two. Add some salt and a cup of water and yogurt and let it boil. Now take the leftover rotis and tear it in. Cook till the water gets evaporated.
