While the trainer may not say you anything, but wearing the wrong outfit will make you uncomfortable. So, make sure to buy the right pair of training shoes along with the workout outfit that you wish to buy. And, if you are a girl, a sports bra is a must in your case. Well, who wants a saggy look after gym sessions, right?
  2. Schedule your workouts: Before you choose to go to the gym anytime you want, just give yourself some time to think. So, what to think? Well, when you are most active in a day! If you think that your body just gives up after 6 PM every day, you shouldn’t keep your gym sessions after that. Remember, when your body is active, your workouts will be worth the efforts!
  3. Start with short sessions: While your gym membership may allow you to do a workout, but when you are a newbie, your bodybuilding process cannot just be extreme. Hit the gym twice a week or go regularly but make sure to workout, not more than 30 minutes a day. And, yes, along with your fitness training, make sure to have a proper diet as well.
